Programme: for large sites and estates
At programme scale the plot is the meter, not the seat: bring as many inspectors as the job needs. Billed annually against a committed plot allowance you can raise any time (prorated). Set it up yourself, no sales call needed. Starts at 1,000 plots (£3,500 a year).

All prices are in GBP (£). Subscriptions are billed monthly and report packs are a one-off purchase; Programme is billed annually. Your bank handles the conversion if you pay in another currency.

Common questions
What counts as a report?
On pay-as-you-go, one credit is used the first time an inspection is submitted and its report issued. Amending that inspection and re-issuing new versions is free. You never pay twice for the same job.
Do report credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. Buy a pack for a busy month and finish it whenever.
Packs or a subscription?
Past about eight reports a month, the subscription costs less than even the biggest pack's per-report rate, and it's unlimited. Buy packs for occasional work; subscribe when it's steady.
How do seats work?
The subscription is priced per inspector seat and sells from a single seat, with no minimums. Your admin assigns each seat to a named member and can reassign any time; seated members' reports are covered by the subscription. Team size is unlimited: members without a seat submit using report credits, so seats are for your regulars and credits cover occasional inspectors.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and everything you captured is still there. Pick a plan (or buy a report pack) to carry on where you left off.
How does Programme billing work?
You commit to an annual plot allowance (from 1,000 plots) at the published rates, with unlimited inspectors included. The rates are marginal: bigger portfolios pay a lower average per plot. Need more plots mid-year? Raise the allowance yourself any time; the increase is prorated, and there's never a metered overage bill.
